Do I have to join a gym?
Only if you want to! Tons of benefits from being at the gym and lots of benefits to training at home. Up to you. Preference is gold and key to consistency and so, results!
Is this another quick fix diet ?
No way! The aim of the program is to give you the tools for life, to have the body you want. Crash diet is like cheap black bin liners… a waste of time….!!!
Can I still eat out and have fun at the weekends?
YES – in a word. Though depends what ‘fun’ is ;) WWC is all about OWNING YOUR DECISIONS.. So you can fully enjoy them. Socialising is needed, so is understanding HOW the new habits and goals fit into your life.
I have a holiday coming up.. isn’t it a waste to try and do both?
Not at all! Ideal really- to make the most use of me it’s best to go through what you would normally be doing- not just the ‘perfect’ week. Separate strategies are used for these holidays/work trips/events that will help you to enjoy your time and still make progress.
Do I have to buy lots of equipment?
Have coached many with just body weight in the comfort of their own home. So, no –goal depending, it's not essential. I do recommend 2 bands for home and of course any weights are recommended if you want to buy them.
How long will it take me to lose weight?
You’ll see progress within the first two weeks, this is a stabilisation and priming phase. Some people this is slower, some, after 2/4 weeks it accelerates.  Caveat being we are all different, hormones, water, retention, starting point all play a part even with this in mind I'm very confident you will see tangible changes: whether that’s weight, clothe fit, improved sleep, performance, focus, energy and mood.
What will I be able to learn from the program?
A lifestyle that you can maintain for the rest of your life. You will receive information on implementing lasting strategies, both physically and mentally. A successful diet to me isn't reaching the goal, its living it.
